Billing & Subscriptions
This guide explains how to manage your organization's subscription plan, handle trial settings, and request plan upgrades within the Safedevops.app platform.
Prerequisite: You must have the OrgAdmin role to manage your organization's subscription.
Subscription Plan Overview
Available Plans
Safedevops.app offers three subscription tiers:
- Starter Plan: Free 2-month trial with up to 5 users
- Pro Plan: €14.42/user/month with unlimited users and enterprise-grade features
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing with on-premise deployment and advanced features
Managing Your Trial (Starter Plan)
Auto-Renewal Settings
By default, your trial will automatically upgrade to a Pro plan when it expires. You can see this indicated by the green "Auto-Renewal to Pro Plan Enabled" status in your Organization Settings.
Disabling Auto-Renewal
If you prefer not to automatically upgrade to Pro, you can disable auto-renewal by clicking the "Disable Auto-Renewal" button.
Important: If auto-renewal is disabled, your organization will be deactivated when your trial expires, and all data will be permanently deleted 3 months later. Data export is not available for trial accounts.
